Walking on the Wild Side
One of the many things I love about Austin is all of the brightly colored murals and graffiti. Yesterday I was driving in East Austin (on the epic breakfast taco hunt) and saw graffiti artists working on a huge, intricate wall mural. If I was braver, (and not so hungry), I would have stopped and asked to take their picture.
I'd like to think that my tights add a bit of colorful Austin to my appendages.
Grey Shirt: Edun from Nordstrom Rack (it makes me think of Simba)
Skirt: Anne Taylor
Tights: Buffalo Exchange
Shoes: Steve Madden
Necklace: from a boutique in Granada, Spain
Cardigan: Anne Taylor Loft
My photographer was looking dashing as well:
His pants are Diesel and were $30 at Buffalo Exchange, his Christmas present from me. At some point, he's going to have to fall asleep so I can finally take them off of his person and wash them.
Today he was singing loudly along with Elton John and dancing in his chair while playing World of Warcraft. Other girls who think they are nerd lovers have nothing on me.

austin is such a neat place. i am so glad that i will be able to live there during college.
so neat that you live in austin! i love your blog!
wow, i need to find a new word other than "neat!"
Neat is incredibly underused. I might need to utilize it a few times today...
and now that I live here, I keep wishing I'd gone to college here! But I could never say that out loud and betray my Razorbacks
That does sound supremely nerdy, indeed. But they make the best mates, I reckon. So congrats to you!
I just got blue tights for Christmas and have been trying to figure out how to wear them...yours look divine!
@ Alya - I let him know you said boys make good mates, and he greatly appreciated it :)
@ The Daughter - Thank you! I don't know what to do next and will need ideas, I hope you'll post pics soon!
